Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Trial to Standard at any time from your billing portal. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You will receive a reminder 3 days before expiry. If no plan is selected the account enters read-only mode - your data is safe and you can upgrade to restore access.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Yes. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all project data as PDF or Excel from your account before the window closes.
Do you offer GST invoices?
Yes. All subscription invoices include a valid GST tax invoice that you can download from your billing portal.
Can I add more users or projects mid-cycle?
Seat upgrades on Enterprise are available any time. On Standard, projects and users are limited to the plan caps - contact us if you need a temporary increase.
