By creating an account or using RubanBuild, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

RubanBuild is a cloud-based construction site management and billing platform operated by Ruban Softwares, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. The service includes project tracking, estimation, labour management, billing, and reporting tools.

2. Account registration

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • One company per account. Sub-users may be added under your company account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Trial and subscriptions

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Standard plan features.
  • After the trial, the account enters read-only mode until a paid plan is selected.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at checkout.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written permission.

5. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all project data, documents, and content you upload to RubanBuild. We do not claim any rights over your content. We process it solely to provide the service.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. Limitation of liability

RubanBuild is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruban Softwares is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
